At Integria, making sense of complexity is what we do best.

About Our Practice

Precision care for the whole picture.

Integria Precision Medicine is a physician-led internal medicine clinic providing referral-based consultative care grounded in thorough diagnostic evaluation, detailed clinical assessments, and evidence-informed management and risk reduction plans.

We specialize in the comprehensive assessment and management of complex medical conditions, with focused expertise in resistant and secondary hypertension, cardiovascular risk reduction, metabolic health, and complex menopause care.

Our approach integrates detailed evaluation, advanced diagnostics — including in-house ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, holter and 14-day event monitoring, and DEXA imaging — and individualized management strategies tailored to each patient’s unique physiology and clinical presentation.

We work collaboratively with family physicians and specialist colleagues, providing clear diagnostic reasoning, comprehensive consult reports, and actionable management recommendations that support high-quality longitudinal care and preventative health strategies.

Areas of clinical focus.

Where our specialists' training and experience concentrate. Refer with confidence in these clinical areas — and for diagnostic uncertainty or multisystem complexity that crosses them.

Resistant & Secondary Hypertension

Comprehensive workup and management for blood pressure that doesn't respond to standard therapy, including investigation of secondary causes and endocrine drivers.

Cardiovascular Risk Reduction

Advanced cardiovascular risk assessment with imaging, biomarkers, and individualized prevention strategies grounded in current evidence.

Metabolic Health

Detailed evaluation and management of diabetes, dyslipidemia, and complex metabolic disease with attention to long-term risk.

Complex Menopause Care

Menopause care for patients with medical complexity — cardiometabolic risk, polypharmacy, or evolving multisystem concerns.

Advanced diagnostics, on site.

In-House Diagnostics
