Low-dose CT of the chest is the current standard for lung cancer screening in individuals with relevant risk factors (most commonly, significant smoking history). The scan uses substantially less radiation than a standard CT and can identify nodules or other abnormalities while they are still small, before they typically produce symptoms.
As part of the Longevity program, low-dose CT chest is included at higher tiers where it is clinically indicated. Any findings are interpreted by a radiologist and reviewed with you by your longevity physician, with a clear plan for monitoring or further investigation as needed.
