Comprehensive Hormonal Blood Work

A detailed blood panel measuring estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and related hormones relevant to perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

The menopause transition is a hormonal one, but it is rarely a simple one. Hormonal blood work at Integria extends well beyond a single FSH result to include a structured panel covering estradiol, progesterone, testosterone (total and free), SHBG, DHEA-S, and related markers that inform where you are in the menopause transition and how your body is responding. Results are interpreted alongside symptom patterns, cycle history, and any existing hormone therapy.

This panel is repeated at three-month intervals across the membership year to track response to therapy and inform any adjustments. Bloodwork is coordinated through standard community labs, with results reviewed in plain language by your menopause physician. Where additional specialized testing is indicated (such as send-out panels through Quest Diagnostics), that is arranged separately.
