Video movement analysis records structured movement tasks (squat patterns, hinge patterns, gait, balance, and related functional movements) and analyzes them frame by frame for patterns that predict future injury, limit training capacity, or suggest underlying biomechanical issues. The resulting report identifies specific movement restrictions or compensations and translates them into targeted corrective work.
Depth and repeat frequency scale with the tier. At lower tiers, a basic assessment establishes a baseline. At higher tiers, extended analyses are repeated one or two times across the year to track progress on corrective work. The assessment is run by the clinic Kinesiologist and informs the exercise prescription that follows. Video Movement Analysis is included at every tier of both programs.
