Continuous Glucose Monitoring

A small wearable sensor that tracks blood glucose continuously, revealing patterns that spot-checks cannot show.

A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a small sensor worn on the upper arm that samples interstitial glucose every few minutes for the duration it is worn. The resulting data reveals patterns that a single fasting glucose or HbA1c cannot: how your blood sugar responds to specific meals, how sleep and stress affect overnight levels, how exercise shifts the curve, and how stable your day-to-day values actually are.

CGM is included at Longevity Tier 2 (two-week wear), Longevity Tier 3 (extended or unlimited wear), and at Menopause Tier 2 (two-week wear). Data is reviewed with your physician and, where relevant, with the nutrition and exercise team, and informs targeted changes to meals, meal timing, and activity. CGM data often reveals metabolic patterns that standard bloodwork does not capture.
