Mira is a small at-home device that measures reproductive hormones (including estrogen, LH, FSH, and progesterone metabolites) from urine samples. For women in perimenopause with persistent cycles, it provides a picture of hormone patterns over days and weeks rather than a single snapshot from one blood draw. This is particularly useful when symptoms are cycle-related and a single-day lab value does not tell the full story.

Mira is an optional add-on for menopause members at any tier. Costs for the device and test strips are carried by the member. Data from the monitor is reviewed alongside bloodwork and symptom tracking with your menopause physician, with decisions about hormone therapy and dosing informed by patterns rather than isolated values.
