The exercise assessment is a structured evaluation of where you are now (training history, current volume and intensity, injury history, time availability, equipment access) and where the evidence suggests you should be, given your goals and risk profile. The output is a specific exercise prescription covering aerobic training (with clear zone definitions), resistance training (progressive, tracked), and, where relevant, mobility or corrective work.
The assessment is run by the clinic Kinesiologist and integrates results from Video Movement Analysis, strength testing, VO2 max (where applicable), and DEXA body composition. Depth and repeat frequency scale with the tier: at lower tiers, a single baseline session establishes the plan; at higher tiers, the assessment is repeated at six-month or four- and eight-month intervals, with the plan adjusted to reflect progress and changing priorities across the membership year.
