The longevity hormone assessment is a full evaluation of the endocrine systems most relevant to healthspan: thyroid (TSH, free T4, free T3, and antibodies where indicated), adrenal (cortisol and DHEA-S), and sex hormones (estradiol, testosterone, SHBG, and related markers, with panel depth calibrated to sex and clinical context). It is included for both men and women in the Longevity program.
Results are reviewed with your longevity physician, with interpretation grounded in clinical symptoms and your overall risk profile rather than isolated reference ranges. Where optimization is clinically indicated (for example, thyroid replacement, testosterone replacement, or hormone therapy in post-menopausal women), it is initiated and monitored as part of the membership. Where everything is already in range, the assessment serves as a baseline for future comparison.
