Supplement & Medication Review

A structured review of all current medications, supplements, and potential interactions, with evidence-informed recommendations.

The supplement and medication review is a structured audit of everything you are currently taking: prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, herbal supplements, and other products. Each item is evaluated against current evidence, your clinical picture, your goals, and each other (drug-drug, drug-supplement, and drug-nutrient interactions are surprisingly common and often overlooked). Items without adequate supporting evidence, redundant doses, or problematic interactions are flagged.

Reviews in the Longevity program are led by a clinician with specialized expertise in medication optimization. Higher tiers include follow-up reviews after repeat bloodwork, so supplementation is adjusted based on what the labs actually show rather than continued out of habit. In Menopause care, reviews are built around hormone therapy, bone-active medications, and supplements relevant to the transition. The aim across both programs is a smaller, more targeted, and better-supported regimen over time.
