MR Brain with MR angiography combines two MRI protocols in a single sitting. The brain MRI provides detailed imaging of brain tissue and can identify structural abnormalities, white matter changes, and other incidental or clinically significant findings. The MR angiography (MRA) component visualizes the cerebral blood vessels without contrast, screening for aneurysms, arterial abnormalities, and vascular variants that most adults would otherwise never know they have.
The scan is included at the highest tier of the Longevity program. There is no radiation exposure, although the scan itself takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes and does require lying still in an MRI tube. Findings are interpreted by a radiologist and reviewed by your longevity physician, with clear next steps outlined for any significant finding.
